Taking place in Shanghai on October 19-20, 2017, Digital Culture and Society will focus on the interdisciplinary between social sciences and computer science, providing a forum for researchers and practitioners to discuss theoretical and application issues in digital media technologies on culture and society. The focus will be on developments in China and the European countries, though not exclusively, as trajectories in other regions are relevant given the border-transgressing nature of internet-related changes taking place. The workshop is open to audience members, but registration is required by Tuesday, October 17 at the latest.
